Root-cause care

for hormonal & vaginal health

Areas of Focus

  • If you’ve been stuck in the cycle of infections → treatment → recurrence (or you’re experiencing symptoms, but returning negative swabs), you already know how frustrating it is. Many treatments simply suppress symptoms short-term without addressing why they return.

Through detailed assessment and, where appropriate, targeted testing, we clarify microbial patterns, hormonal influences, and contributing factors unique to you. From there, I work to restore microbial balance and reinforce the mechanisms that protect vaginal and urinary tract health. The goal is long-term stability, reduced recurrence, and measurable improvements in daily comfort - including odour, pain, dryness, itching and irritation.

Common presentations I support include recurrent thrush, bacterial vaginosis, aerobic vaginitis, recurrent UTIs and HPV.

  • When your hormones are off, you feel it everywhere. Perhaps your cycles have changed, PMS has intensified, or bleeding has become heavier or more painful than it should be. Perhaps you suspect you’re ovulating inconsistently, or not at all.

This might present alongside acne, low energy, or gut symptoms. It’s often all connected.

Conditions such as PCOS, infertility, PMS/PMDD, endometriosis, significant period pain or hypothalamic amenorrhoea are rarely surface-level issues. In practice, they’re often sustained by disrupted ovulation, altered luteal function, androgen excess, stress physiology or metabolic strain.

Support is structured, targeted and responsive to your physiology, with adjustments made as your patterns evolve.

  • A healthy pregnancy lays foundations that extend far beyond nine months.

My warm and gentle approach to pregnancy care supports both the resolution of uncomfortable symptoms and the optimisation of maternal and baby health. We focus on creating stability across the systems under the most pressure during this season: the gut, the vaginal microbiome, metabolic health, nutrient status and the nervous system.

This is not just about managing nausea, reflux or fatigue. It is about supporting blood sugar balance, micronutrient sufficiency, microbial health and stress resilience in ways that influence birth outcomes, recovery and early postpartum wellbeing.

  • When acne, bloating, IBS-type symptoms, constipation, diarrhoea or other gut and skin disturbances are persistent, it’s hard to live life to the fullest.

These symptoms are only the surface - the underlying factors such as microbial imbalance, impaired motility, barrier dysfunction or chronic inflammation can extend beyond the skin and digestive tract.

My approach focuses on identifying what is sustaining your symptoms and addressing those factors systematically. The aim is stability, reduced reactivity and improved resilience over time.
