How long does my order take to ship?

Herbal tonics, creams and retail items are typically shipped on Mondays and Fridays. Occasionally, there may be a small delay in shipping for herbal tonics if an ingredient needs to be ordered in.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We deliver to New Zealand and Australia only.

What is your return/refund policy? 

Returns and refunds are offered only where a product is faulty. Returns and refunds on herbal creams and tonics are not possible due to their customised nature. If an item breaks in transit, please contact us and we will offer a solution..
